I am writing this as a letter of recommendation for Cassidy Tranel, who worked on our UX/UI Team at Express for the past year.  Cassidy is a rare combination of so many traits that make for an incredibly successful UX/UI professional.  She is curious and inquisitive.  She is collaborative.  She understands best practices, but she interprets them and applies them to her customer specifically.  She digs into the details, but also has a more global and strategic perspective.  She researches the competition, but is not constrained by what she finds.  Most of all, Cassidy is passionate about her role, finds fulfillment in it, and is an incredible asset to any team.
